What is Shared Space?We are a community project in Southend. A place to buy donated goods, a place to volunteer, to meet for a chat and a coffee, a growing range of activities and groups. From this project base we are developing other activities off the premises. Money raised is ploughed back into the local community. This isn't about making money for CFS! Who is it for?Shared Space works with and for all the people of Southend to make life better. We're particularly keen to work with those under 25 years and those who have had a less fortunate life. Shared Space has a large, friendly team of volunteers and we are always looking for more. Some work in the shop with customers, some sort the donations, others help with practical and admin tasks, and there are lots of other things to do.
