The Apprenticeship Programme is a 6-12 month discipleship, mission and service programme which includes 16+ hours/week of volunteering.

In some ways it is similar to internship programmes with which you may be familiar but there is no understanding of this programme being exclusively for those academically bright.

As you join in with and serve in a range of church and wider activities we will invest in your development. And this isn't all about working in the church, it's about serving in God's mission in Southend as well.

An apprentices programe is shaped around your particular gifting and ability as well as opportunities presentiy available in the church and her mission.

There are spaces on the programme from time to time for people within and beyond the church.
