Once a year, the folk of CFS and friends leave Southend and take over a patch of grass on Mersea Island in north Essex. By all accounts it is a great weekend with around 80 going last year.

This is our chance to come together as one church; to create a home-away-from-Southend where we meet to play, relax, worship, activities together, and minister to one another. It's a relaxed environment for a transforming weekend with friends and family. Everyone who has been remarks upon the extraordinary sense of community they find there, and what a great holiday it is …so grab your family and friends, and book early.
